• Over two decades dedicated to football coaching and academy administration.
• Wrote a bespoke curriculum for Brazilian Football Academy HK as TD
• Rolled out the US Soccer curriculum at Hong Kong International School to tens of coaches and many 100’s of players
• Shaped the (then) largest girls’ program in Hong Kong
• Served as the fixtures coordinator for the girls’ Hong Kong Junior Football League (HKJFL) from 2017 to 2020
• Helped develop a pathway for HKJFL girls to join the HKFA U15 and U18 leagues

• Took Allied Colloids (men’s amateur team, playing in the premier amateur league in HK) from tier 3 football to tier 1 & twice cup finalists
• Coached an amateur team in the Hong Kong professional first division.
• Helped lead amateur men’s team in a 7’s tournament against some top world-wide recognised teams
• Cultivated a girls team over 3 years to become undisputed champions of SE. Asia
• Never once gave up on a kid that wasn’t quite good enough
