An introduction to the foundation of football understanding.
Football is an incredibly complex “game of chess” played to the most basic simple rules that remain the same throughout time.
Understanding the phases of play is the base unit for developing further understanding.
CERTIFICATION
It’s a great start and requirement for you before you can move on to principles of play and more advanced understanding.
